Meet Dr. Susannah Hambright

Dr. Hambright is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship-trained hepatobiliary surgeon who is highly specialized in minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries. She cares for patients with cancer of the liver, pancreas, biliary system, and stomach. She also performs general surgeries, such as hernia repair and gallbladder removal. Dr. Hambright is chair of the Robotic Steering Committee at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. She is also actively involved in training the next generation of surgeons, serving as director of the General Surgery Residency Skills Lab at the hospital. In her practice, Dr. Hambright enjoys helping patients understand their condition and providing them with minimally invasive options that get them back to daily life more quickly. Dr. Hambright was awarded D Magazine’s Best Doc Award by her peers in 2020.
