Routine breast cancer screening should include a combination of breast self-examination, clinical breast examination by a physician, and digital or conventional mammography.
Below are general guidelines. If you have a family history of breast cancer or other factors that put you at high risk, then your doctor will personalize these tests to fit your specific needs.
