Jill Waggoner, MD
Jill Waggoner, MD, has dedicated her life to teaching her patients how to flourish and embrace better living through better health. With a concentration on personalized health and wellness plans, Dr. Waggoner, gives her patients the focused attention and tools they need to achieve their best physical condition and reach their personal health goals.
She has studied Functional and Integrative medicine for the past 15 years; an approach that seeks to find the cause of disease and uses multiple healing modalities to help patients obtain optimal health.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Waggoner, earned her master’s degree in anatomical sciences and her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has certifications in both Preventive Medicine and Wellness Coordination from the prestigious Cooper Institute. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Family Practice Program.
Dr. Waggoner has authored six books. She also serves as a national medical expert for both television and radio. Her most rewarding accomplishment is that of wife and Mother of her two daughters.
Toni Wood, MA, Office Manager
Toni helps Dr. Waggoner manage the daily operations of Premier Wellness’s office. She is a registered medical assistant and has been working in the healthcare industry since 2007. She joined Methodist Health System in 2011. When she is not working, Toni enjoys going to the stables with her husband and watching their daughter ride horses. She also expresses her creativity through painting and singing, and plants a garden every spring with her daughter.
Amber Hawley, MA
Amber Hawley is Dr. Waggoner’s medical assistant. She has a lovely first name, but you will hear people in the office call her by her last name, Hawley. She obtained her medical assistant certification from El Centro and began at Methodist Health System in August of 2015. She has worked with Dr. Waggoner since she started at Methodist, and was excited to have the opportunity to help her establish a concierge medicine practice. In her free time, Hawley likes to stay active through running and Camp Gladiator workouts. She has completed half marathons and many 5K’s, and shares her love of physical activity and sports with her daughter.
