Barbara Madden, MSN, RN, is a driven clinical leader with over 22 years of experience in acute inpatient and outpatient services. She began her career at Methodist Dallas in 1985 as a staff nurse in acute medical-surgical.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. After serving as a staff nurse for six years, Barbara earned several promotions including critical care educator, manager of the surgical/trauma intensive care unit, and director of nursing for adult critical care services. She held this latest leadership role for 19 years until her recent promotion to vice president, chief nursing officer.

Nora Frasier, MBA, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, Vice President and Chief Nursing
Officer, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center
Nora Frasier, MBA, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC is Vice President of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. She has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and a nurse executive for approximately the last 20 years.
Frasier has led nursing in diverse not-for-profit and proprietary hospitals, from a 100-bed rural community hospital to an urban tertiary care academic medical center. During her career she has served as a quality director, hospital administrator and chief nurse executive in a 1200-bed, 6 hospital health system. She has also served as an appraiser team leader for the Magnet© Recognition Program for 10 years.
Frasier earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of business administration degree from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has completed course work towards a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and is continuing her studies at the University of Texas and will graduate in May 2018.
She is board certified as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a Nurse Executive, Advanced by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Frasier is also a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also a member of the North Texas Region Texas Team working to advance the “Future of Nursing.”
Irene Strejc, BSN, MPH, Chief Nursing Officer, Methodist Richardson Medical Center
Irene Strejc, BSN, MPH, recently joined Methodist Richardson Medical Center as the new chief nursing officer. Strejc is a 30-year veteran of nursing leadership and a graduate of Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Her previous assignment was at Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois.
