Employee Self Service
Methodist Health System employees are now able to access Employee Self Service from their home.
This allows you to:
- View your pay stub
- Change federal tax withholding
- Update direct deposit information
- Update your address information
- View PTO/EIB balances
- Many other features
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 or higher, and
Google Chrome are now supported to access Employee Self Service
Please Note: The Employee Self Service Portal is not compatible with mobile operating
system like iOS and Android.

Success Factors
Employees can now access the Success Factors online tool from their home, which allows them to access to:
- Evaluations
- Job descriptions
- Goal management
- Self-evaluation tool
