Fee structure for the Methodist Charlton Family Medicine Center in Southwest Dallas County

• Every patient is expected to have a financial interest in their care. For patients who do not have insurance, the Family Medicine Center offers income-based discounts, as well as same-day payment discounts.

• Unless prior arrangements have been made, each patient is required to make a minimum $30 copayment at the time of service.

• The Methodist Charlton Family Medicine Center accepts most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and Secure Horizons.
