Methodist Urgent Care – Grand Prairie is pleased to offer sports physicals to students of our surrounding schools at a discounted rate of $20 from May 1 – July 30. All high school and middle school students in team sports, cheer, drill team and marching band are required to receive a UIL sport physical. Methodist Urgent Care will offer this discounted rate from May 7 – July 30, 2021 at our Grand Prairie location.
