Applying for the Nephrology Fellowship at Methodist Dallas

Thank you for your interest in the Nephrology Fellowship program at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.

We will be participating in the match for 2019 applicants who will start in 2020. We will accept applications through ERAS. The following are needed:

  • A completed application
  • Personal statement
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Dean's letter and other credentials
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Medical school transcript
  • ECFMG certificate, if applicable
  • Copy of your USMLE scores
  • Must be a US Citizen, or a J-1 visa that is active (with at least 3 years of eligibility remaining at the start of the fellowship).
