How to work out for free with the best fitness studios in Dallas
Whittling the waistline can also trim the wallet. For more than a year, North Texans found a way around ever-increasing gym prices with a popular fitness app. For a monthly fee, they enjoyed an unlimited number of classes at trendy fitness studios, as well as gym time. But starting this week, the cost is going up.
Not ready to pay the price? You may not have to. Big D offers a surprising number of free exercise classes, hosted by some of the city's best known studios.
So, for everyone out there looking to hold on to a few extra bucks, we've compiled a list of free workout classes hosted in the heart of Dallas. They can change without notice, of course, so be sure to check the organizer's site before showing up.
