Childbirth Preparation | May 15, June 19, July 10, August 14 | 9 a.m.
Offered as four three-hour weeknight sessions or one eight hour weekend sessions, this course is designed to help one prepare for the experience of childbirth and early weeks of parenting using the Lamaze method of childbirth. $70

Breastfeeding Class | May 18, June 8, July 20 | 6 p.m.
Breastfeeding class is for parents who desire to breastfeed or have any questions about the art of breastfeeding. This class may also serve as a refresher course! Dads and other maternal support people are encouraged to attend. Classes are held in spacious conference room with large plasma screens for educational films and power point presentation. $30
