Our dedicated staff has an excellent rapport with physician, nursing, and other interdisciplinary team members and is highly committed to providing quality, evidence-based medication-related care for our patients. Our residents are also given ample teaching opportunities through our affiliations with several colleges of pharmacy and our own PGY1 residency program.

Sincerely,

Tamara Reiter, Pharm.D., BCCCP
