Health Statistics in Mansfield
Health Community Needs Assessments are a product of the Affordable Care
Act that requires tax-exempt hospitals to gather data on health statistics
in the community. These assessments tell us what diseases, injuries, and
other ailments are most prevalent in the community, which allows us to
better allocate resources towards programs and technology that will most
benefit our patients. The results of these assessments and the resulting
implementation plans are available to the public.
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center
Texas law prohibits hospitals from practicing medicine. The physicians
on the Methodist Health System medical staff are independent practitioners
who are not employees or agents of
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, Methodist Health System, or any of its affiliated hospitals.
Methodist Medical Group is owned and operated by MedHealth and staffed by independently practicing physicians who are employees of MedHealth. The physicians and staff who provide service at this site are not employees or agents of Methodist Health System or any of it's affiliated hospitals.
