Juan Fresquez, President

Jary Ganske, Vice President of FinanceJuan Fresquez joined Methodist Health System as President of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in February 2019. Prior to joining Methodist Fresquez served as Chief Operating Officer of the Arizona Group – Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital, a 486-bed acute care facility, where he was instrumental in improving patient satisfaction, quality, and financial performance. Before serving at Carondelet St. Joseph’s, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Tenet’s Central region at Houston Northwest Medical Center. 

He began his career at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and has more than 28 years of acute care hospital management experience.   

Fresquez holds a BS in nuclear medicine with a specialization in physics from the University of the Incarnate Word and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix.    

Faustino Flores, Vice President of Finance   

Jary Ganske, Vice President of Finance Faustino Flores is Vice President of Finance for Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 262-bed non-profit acute care hospital with more than 1,000 employees and 200 physicians. He is responsible for the hospital, financial management, productivity, capital and growth planning, and the operating budget. Additionally, he serves as the Compliance Officer for Methodist Mansfield.

Flores is a native Texan and BBA graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso. His professional career includes more than 30 years of financial management including 9 years with Tenet Healthcare at the Hospitals of Providence in El Paso Texas and most recently serving as Market CFO/ACFO for the Carondelet Hospitals in Tenet’s Tucson Market.   

Nora Frasier, Vice President of Nursing 

Nora Frasier Vice President of Nursing CNO Nora Frasier, MBA, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC is Vice President of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. She has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and a nurse executive for approximately the last 20 years.

Frasier has led nursing in diverse not-for-profit and proprietary hospitals, from a 100-bed rural community hospital to an urban tertiary care academic medical center. During her career she has served as a quality director, hospital administrator and chief nurse executive in a 1200-bed, 6 hospital health system. She has also served as an appraiser team leader for the Magnet© Recognition Program for 10 years.

Frasier earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of business administration degree from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has completed course work towards a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and is continuing her studies at the University of Texas and will graduate in May 2018.

She is board certified as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a Nurse Executive, Advanced by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Frasier is also a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also a member of the North Texas Region Texas Team working to advance the “Future of Nursing.”

Patrick Brown, Vice President of Operations

Nora Frasier Vice President of Nursing CNOPatrick Brown, FACHE, is Vice President of Operations at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. He has more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, serving in operations, human resources, supply chain, strategic planning, and business development across a number of hospitals in Arizona, Georgia, and Texas. He previously served as a Chief Operations Officer and Professional and Support Services Officer at Texas Health Resources. He also served as a chief strategy officer with Tenet Healthcare in the Phoenix market. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bethune-Cookman University and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. Patrick also serves as a member of the DFW Hospital Council Young Executive Cohort and is board certified in healthcare management by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Additionally, he serves as a mentor in the ACHE North Texas Chapter.
