    • President, Fellowship of Professional Women
      • In this capacity, Mickens-Ross leads an interdenominational group of women committed to exploring the teachings of Jesus Christ and to support each other’s faith in the marketplace and in their personal lives. Mickens-Ross is the first African American woman to become president of the Fellowship of Professional Women organization.
    • Chair, Best Southwest Partnership
      • In this capacity, Mickens-Ross works with 12 cities, chambers, school districts, colleges and universities, businesses, and entities in southern Dallas County. The goal of this partnership is to join communities under shared economic growth, thereby creating a thriving economy and region for future generations. Mickens-Ross is the third female chair of thirty past chairs.
    • Dallas Regional Chamber Leadership Dallas Alumni Board Member & Co-Chair, LDA 2018 Community Day
      • In this capacity, Mickens-Ross is educating the alumni of Leadership Dallas on significant issues affecting the lives of residents in southern Dallas County. She is the co-chair of Leadership Dallas Alumni 2018 Community Day. The day will focus on service to six non-profits such as Hope Mansion, a home for unwed pregnant girls and women and Mission Cedar Hill, which provides home repairs to the elderly and women. Through her community relationships, LDA 2018 Community Day has partnered with Leadership Southwest Alumni, Dallas Police Department and Girl Scouts to provide service to the selected non-profits.

      • In this capacity, Mickens-Ross is providing corporate leadership management for the products and services of Frost Bank.
