The Methodist Charlton Medical Center’s Heart Health and Diabetes Workshop is open to people with heart disease and diabetes. Our team of speakers include:

• Certified diabetes educator
• Registered dietitian
• Pharmacist
• Rondi Morton, chair exercise instructor with The Fit Zone

Our workshop physician champion is Dr. Tim Issac.

We also offer a free heart healthy, diabetes-friendly meal and have several drawings for door prizes. Come try this fun way to get support and education!
