Bereavement Support at Methodist Dallas Medical Center

Nothing compares with the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. To help parents through these difficult times, Methodist Dallas offers support and counseling through our bereavement services.

Bereavement support is provided by chaplains, nurses, and physicians who are sensitive to the tragedy of losing a baby. Our philosophy combines respect of the baby and the grieving family and honoring the wishes of the parents. Counselors will guide you through the experience and help you create memories that will honor the loss.

This service is open to all family and friends of grieving parents.

Love, Hope, & Remembrance

Each December, Methodist Dallas hosts a service of love and hope to recognize and remember the babies lost in the past year. Parents are invited to bring an ornament in memory of their baby.
